AERL Estate Sales & Antiques requires no deposits or upfront fees.
Our commission will be deducted from final proceeds at the end of the sale.
CONSULTATION BY APPOINTMENT
We will clean, organize and display all available sale items in a professional and efficient manner to maximize proceeds for our clients. We will provide all materials, tables, display cases, wrapping supplies, pricing tags, receipts and tax ID forms.
As experienced professionals, we will price all items according to current market value. All items of potential value will be researched and priced.
We will place ads, provide local and internet advertising through our extensive email list. We will provide signs in and around area of sale.
DAY OF SALE
We accept Visa and MasterCard and can process all transactions at location to make purchasing easy and convenient.
At the conclusion of your estate sale, we will provide you with an itemized receipt of each item sold during the sale and all unsold items will be finalized according to your wishes.
Options include: arranged buy-out by accepted bid, consignment or charitable donation. We will arrange pick up and tax donation receipt in the event of charitable donation.
We will vacuum and sweep the premises upon the completion of sale.
